Its a new year and it is time to let the hearsay out.Rumor has it that Apple will be partnering with Sean Carter (Jay-Z) to start a new record company. Fresh off his mixed success as president of Def Jam, the Jigga-man has been snagged by Apple (according to sources) to head up a label that cuts out the middle man (a.k.a. the major record label).
